No, this property is intended for occupancy by students enrolled in secondary education. This can be college, trade school, cosmetology school, etc., we simply require documentation that proves occupants are enrolled/will be enrolled in higher education.

All of our units are 4 bedroom, 4 bath units.

We are located less than half a mile from WKU’s main campus. It’s a 2 minute drive, or less than 10 minutes by foot.

We do not allow pets. Documented ESAs are the only exceptions.

All utilities (electric, water, heat, gas, trash removal, sewer, and air conditioning) and Wi-Fi are included in rent.

Units are not furnished, but every unit comes with a full-sized washer, dryer, and a living room TV.

We do not currently offer short-term leases, a minimum of a 12-month lease is required.
